NOTICE IS POSTED PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS OPEN MEETINGS ACT, CHAPTER 551 ,GOVERNMENT CODE:

The Board of Directors of the Real-Edwards Conservation and Reclamation District will hold a QUARTERLY OPEN
MEETING on the following date at the time and place indicated below:

TIME:         6:00 p.m.
DATE:        14thday of December, 2011 (Wednesday)
PLACE:     Real-Edwards Conservation and Reclamation District Office, 106 East 4th Street,
City of Camp Wood, County of Real

1. Call to Order, Determination of Quorum.

2. Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Welcome Visitors/Public Comment (Note: Board may limit time.).

4. Consider for Approval Minutes from August 25th and September 19th Board Meetings.

5. Reports:
A. Financial Statements and Financial Reports.
B. Well Reports.
C. Texas Election Laws Seminar.
D. Nueces Bay and Corpus Christi and Baffin Bays BBASC Work Group Update.
E. Texas Alliance of Groundwater Districts and Region J (Plateau Planning Group).
F. Update on Lab Equipment and Down-hole Camera.

6. Consider for Approval FY 2011 Audit.

7. Consider for Approval Book Cover Order for 2012-13.

8. Consider for Approval Resolution of Lodge, Association or Other Similar Organization.

9. Discussion and Potential Action on Conflict of Interest Forms.

10. Discussion and Potential Action on Management Plan Activity Report.

11. Discussion and Potential Action on Grass Valley/GMA 7 Petition

12. Discussion and Potential Action on Personnel Issues (may require closed session under Chapter 555.074).

13. Set Time and Date for Next Meeting.

14. Adjourn.

At any time during the meeting and in compliance with the Texas Open Meeting Act, Chapter 551, Government Code,
Vernon’s Texas Codes, Annotated, the Real Edwards Conservation and Reclamation District Board of Directors may
meet in Executive Session on any of the above agenda items for consultation concerning Attorney-client matters,
(551:071; deliberation regarding real property (551:072); deliberation regarding prospective gifts (551:073); personnel
matters (551:074; and deliberation regarding security devices (551:076). Any subject discussed in executive session
may be subje to acso uring open session.
